Vendor Registration UPDATE

We reached our vendor capacity as of 9/6/25.  

• Size: 7' deep x 9' wide space costs $150. Requests for more than one space, or other special requests, will be reviewed case by case and should be entered in the comments on the form below for us to review.

• ST-19 Form:  Vendors must complete the MN ST-19 Form and email to mwc1937@gmail.com before 11/1/25.

• Set-up: Set-up and check-in begin at 7:30 AM on 11/22/25. Vendors bring tables and any fixtures or décor. Folding chairs are available. We will have volunteers this year to help with set-up.

• Payment: You may pay by check payable to MWC or PayPal due by 11/1/25. (NOTE: The PayPal payment includes a nominal service charge.) Check payment mailing info will be provided separately.

• WIFI: There is WIFI, but with many people accessing it, it may be slower than normal. Please plan for multiple forms of payment or be prepared to use Offline Mode for Square readers or a personal hotspot.

• Food: Isles Buns' Food Truck will be onsite again this year. We'll have coffee and water available upon check-in, though, for vendors.
